About the pilot

SolvoFit stores your account, training preferences, workout history, and progression in the cloud. Other testers cannot view them.

The pilot administrator can see your account status, activity dates, onboarding progress, and usage counts. The admin dashboard does not show your individual sets or personal training notes. The operator has infrastructure access to the underlying database.

Optional AI planning sends the exercise choices and relevant training preferences or exclusion notes to OpenAI. Weights and progression use deterministic rules. Manual workout logging remains available without AI.

Resend delivers invitations, verification, and password-recovery emails. Notifications are opt-in. Detailed usage events are retained for 90 days; your workout history remains until you request deletion.
